Exercise To Fight COVID-19

Ensure that you develop a plan to do an exercise every day that makes your heart throb more speedily.

If you can’t jog, lie on your back, clasp your two arms at the back of your neck, raise your two legs while bent at the knees, then, briskly start ridding a bicycle while swinging your arms each opposite elbow touching the inside of the opposite knee.

Do that at the highest speed your body can summon while counting the no of times your legs ride and the swinging of the arms.

If you do this 60 times, it will be more than enough to make the heart throb speedily and flush any COVID-19 virus out of the lungs in case of any entry there in.
