Uganda is not only taking up world class rankings in corruption scandals, but is steadily taking up first grades in diverse disciplines and philosophy. A case in point is where just recently a naked street preacher was whisked away by police officers while preaching on the streets of Kampala near Owino market (St. Balikuddembe Market).
The preacher argued that nudity is a sign of purity, simply because even the biblical Adam and Eve were naked before the serpent talked to them. The preacher argued that all evangelists who spread the word while donned in flowery attires are guilty of a sin. Police authorities arrested the man.
