Dorothy Nabulime seen in a video that went viral on social media showing her terribly assaulting a toddler on 3rd September, aroused interest of those who knew this inhuman woman’s residence and led Busula police post personnel to arrest the woman.
Dorothy Nabulime, 22 a mother of three is seen in the most despicable video molesting a toddler. What’s perplexing is that this toddler is her biological child she sired from a third relationship. Nabulime has two other children each fro a different relationship.

He visited the scene immediately and managed to arrest the Suspect in the video Nabulime Dorothy F/A aged 22 years a mother of 3 children, R/O Busula A Village who was seen assaulting her daughter Gift F/J aged 2 years.
The suspect has been arrested and charged of torture and the victim was handed over to the close relatives pending further investigations into the matter.
