Pope Francis has appointed His Lordship Paul Ssemogerere of Kasana-Luwero Diocese as Apostolic Administrator Kampala Archdiocese.

His appointment has been announced by pope’s representative to Uganda during the requiem mass of late Archbishop Spyrian Lwanga at Kampala Lubaga Cathedral.
