Hon Bishop Okabe, MP for Serere County, died in a Road Traffic Accident this morning on Tirinyi-Mbale Rd. His wife reported to be in critical condition.
It’s yet another sad moment for Teso region to lose and prominent citizen, his death coming toes on heels after the the demise of Bukedea district LC 5 chairman.
Hon Okabe, has been the proprietor of Faith FM and Rhema School in Mbale. Condolences to the bereaved family.
