This was reported by the former Monitor newspaper Journalist Andrew Mujuni Mwenda on Wednesday 13 April 2004 Mr. Mwenda had earlier traveled to Zambia to interview former President of Uganda Dr. Apollo Milton Obote. Andrew Mwenda is the young brother of a Uganda People’s Defence Forces [UPDF] General Kayanja Muhanga and Minister Margaret Mugisa Muhanga. Their father Mr. Muhangazima (RIP) was a life member of Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) and never left his party till his death.
