In one of the African Union summits in Addis Ababa, Nigerian Vice President, professor Osibangi, jokingly brought his humour to the fore, when he raised a motion that there’s need for the union to unanimously unite and ask some of its long serving heads of states to peacefully and respectfully hand over power to the next generation.
He asserted that there are no new ideas from them and thus, they add no value to the union. Uganda’s president in a show of guilt turned anti clock wise to see the mover of the motion properly and ascertain whether he meant what he was saying.
