These initiatives, coupled with your recent tour of the Teso sub-region, underscore your steadfast commitment to grassroots development and empowering communities.
Today, I write to pay tribute to the exemplary service of Major Rtd. Godfrey Katamba, recently appointed Resident City Commissioner (RCC) of Masaka City after serving as the RDC of Katakwi District. His remarkable tenure in Katakwi has left an indelible mark on the community, and his transfer evokes both admiration and a profound sense of loss.
