A yet to be identified Ugandan man was recorded on a video clip subjecting his wife to a corporal punishment of canes.
The wife who seemed to adhere to the biblical tenet calling on wives to submit to their husbands, in a rare manner, is seen willingly lying down as the husband started thrashing her with a cane while counting the thrashes.
Citizens are now calling on whoever knows this barbaric man to report him to police so that he faces the law of the land.
“Whoever knows this man-animal should report him to Police so that he is immediately removed from civilized society.”
One citizen opined. Acts of this nature continue to manifest in Uganda, recently a mother by the name of Nabulime of Luweero was sentenced to custodial imprisonment for inhumanly molesting her toddler child.
