Early this month, a hand written letter purportedly written and signed by General Salim Saleh came into public domain.
The said letter was in response to the Kampala Lord Mayor’s utterances that castigated General Saleh following the police thwarted beginning of year Uganda’s opposition parties’ prayers that were meant to be hosted at Nsambya Sharing Hall.
In response General Salim Saleh who, going by the wording of the hand written letter, was definitely riled by Lord Mayor’s utterances, wrote a letter threatening to “‘withdraw his political support to the Lord Mayor”, if (the Lord Mayor) didn’t apologise to him (Saleh).
Now in the most sarcastic manner, the former presidential aspirant Joseph Kiiza Kabuleta, has emulated General Saleh by releasing a hand written letter to general Saleh, accusing him of siphoning Uganda NSSF workers savers funds. In the same manner Kabuleta, on behalf of Ugandans, is asking for an apology from Saleh.
