Kampala, Uganda – In a grand ceremony held on Katonga Road in the vibrant heart of Nakasero, VAAL Real Estate officially broke ground for the construction of Cadenza Residence, an ambitious project set to redefine luxury living in Kampala. The groundbreaking ceremony was graced by the Minister for Kampala Metropolitan Affairs, Hajjat Minsa Kabanda, and witnessed by prominent figures such as Kampala Capital City Authority Engineer Luyimbaazi and Madam Amanda Ngabirano, Chairperson for the National Physical Planning Board. The event marked a significant milestone in Kampala’s real estate landscape, with numerous dignitaries from the government and the private sector in attendance.
