A Tribute on International Women’s Day

Discipline is the soul of any army, transforming small numbers into formidable forces. It is the bridge between goals and accomplishments. In our nation, where many women choose to expose their private struggles to the public, there is one woman whose silence speaks volumes. Her unwavering poise and discretion set her apart, making her an emblem of quiet strength and resilience.

This remarkable woman is none other than Charlotte Née Kuteesa, the wife of the Chief of Defence Forces (CDF), General Muhoozi Kainerugaba. She truly embodies the virtues of discipline and grace, values that align seamlessly with the core principles of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF). Those who love discipline embrace knowledge, and it is no surprise that behind a successful military leader stands a woman of remarkable character and strength.
