Bolt Food, Ghana’s leading delivery platform, has recognized two of its couriers for their exemplary commitment to customer service. Each courier received gift vouchers worth GHC 1,000 as a token of appreciation for going above and beyond in their duties.
Acts of Dedication and Integrity
In Kumasi, courier Peter Adombila braved a heavy storm to ensure a customer’s order was delivered safely and on time, despite the challenging weather conditions.
In another case in Accra, courier Geoffrey Kemeh displayed outstanding honesty when a customer accidentally transferred GHC 1,116 instead of GHC 116. Geoffrey promptly refunded the excess GHC 1,000, reinforcing the trust and integrity that underpin Bolt’s customer relationships.
