In Kumasi, courier Peter Adombila braved a heavy storm to ensure a customer’s order was delivered safely and on time, despite the challenging weather conditions.

In another case in Accra, courier Geoffrey Kemeh displayed outstanding honesty when a customer accidentally transferred GHC 1,116 instead of GHC 116. Geoffrey promptly refunded the excess GHC 1,000, reinforcing the trust and integrity that underpin Bolt’s customer relationships.
